Many older apartment complexes in Lafayette and the Garden District don’t have elevators.

Our Promise: We don’t complain about stairs. Our crews are fit, trained, and equipped with shoulder dollies to carry heavy dressers and appliances up 2, 3, or 4 flights of stairs safely.

Protection: We adhere to strict wall-protection protocols to prevent scuffing in the narrow stairwells (which could cost you your deposit).

Elevator Reservations & Protection

Moving into a high-rise or a modern complex with an elevator?

Scheduling: We work with your leasing office to adhere to reserved elevator times.

Padding: We blanket-wrap the elevator interior (if required by management) to prevent scratches to the cab walls.

Certificate of Insurance 

Most luxury apartment managers (especially in River Ranch and South Lake Charles) will not let movers through the gate without a Certificate of Insurance.

We Handle It: We are fully licensed and insured (General Liability and Workers’ Compensation).
